WHO IS THE AURACLES?
The Auracles is a creative agency founded by superstar Chris Brown and Fashion Entrepreneur John Dean. We have so many ideas between us and wanted to be able to execute them without boundaries.
The Company was founded in 2021 in the beliefs of THEE Culture, Love and Creativity. The Auracles is a creative outlet that utilizes multiple mediums to create art inspired experiences. We are our backing, We are the Culture, We are the WAVE! We want to show you all that IT is possible to dream beyond our wildest imagination!

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
SHIPPING by The Auracles
- Shipping Times Start when you item has Shipped! Meaning you have received a tracking number.
-All Tracking Numbers will be automatically sent via email when your item ships!
- Please be aware that all shipping outside of the United States may be subject to Customs Fee’s at the Receivers Expense.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Due to the nature of the product (custom made), we cannot offer refunds at this time! However we do offer Exchange for defective/ damaged products. We also accept exchanges for size discrepancies
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEMS?
We have a few different ways we fulfill your orders!
Immediate Shipping: Items will Ship within 3 days of receiving your order.
NOTE: If you order multiple items and one is marked as a preorder, your entire order will have have to wait until that preordered item is ready to ship!
PREORDER: The Preorder model is when you order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
In the Product description, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE SHIPPING ESTIMATES and how that specific item will be shipped!

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING/ LOST OR NOT MOVING
The Auracles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We Offer a service called Route at Checkout that insures your packages for a super small fee! We Highly suggest using ROUTE if worried about Packages being lost or Stolen. They Fully Protect your package if lost or stolen with a full refund or replacement. THIS IS OPTIONAL! You can uncheck the box on checkout if you do not want ROUTE shipping insurance.
Route also protect packages that have stopped moving on the tracking numbers!

If you choose not you use route and your package is lost, stolen or has not moved on the tracking number, It is up to you to start an investigation with the shipping courier.
