Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the following cases:

• Defective products
• Damaged products
• Incorrect products (including size discrepancies)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in its original condition
• Unworn or unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (receipt)

2. Shipping Instructions: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

4. Unapproved Returns: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above - items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
