At The Auracles, we strive to provide timely and reliable shipping for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timeframes, and other important information regarding the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Method

We exclusively use UPS Ground as our shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Timeframes

Regular Stock Items

For items that are in stock and ready to ship:

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • UPS Ground delivery typically takes 1-5 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location relative to our shipping facility.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order or made-to-order items:

  • Shipping timeframes are provided in the product description for each item.
  • If your order contains both regular stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together when all items are ready.
  • We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays beyond the estimated shipping time.

Order Processing

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your order is handed over to UPS. This time allows us to:

  • Verify your order and payment information
  • Prepare and package your items with care
  • Generate shipping labels and documentation

Our total handling time is a maximum of 3 business days from order placement to shipment.

Order Cut-Off Time

Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 2 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed:

  • Before 2 PM will begin processing the same business day
  • After 2 PM will begin processing the next business day

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
  • This tracking information allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the UPS website.
  • If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order (for in-stock items), please contact us.

Shipping Rates

UPS Ground shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of the items
  • Destination address

Free Shipping

We're pleased to offer:

  • Free shipping across US

Orders that don't meet these thresholds will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries via UPS international services. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.
  • We are legally unable to mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
  • International shipping times may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ORDERS OVER $300

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Auracles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by UPS. However:

  • We offer an optional shipping insurance service called Route, which you can select at checkout for a small fee.
  • This service provides full protection with a refund or replacement if your package is lost or stolen.
  • If you choose not to use Route insurance, it will be your responsibility to initiate any investigation with UPS in case of issues.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • UPS service disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, The Auracles cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The Auracles is not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delivery failures due to incomplete address information
  • Redirecting packages after they have been shipped
